Mrs. Stefanie Sullivan, Principal

Mrs. Sullivan was named Principal of Mountain View High School in May of 2022. Mrs. Sullivan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and specialized in Math and English from Ohio University and her Master’s degree from George Mason University in Educational Leadership.

Mrs. Sullivan began her career as a middle school math teacher at Dixon Smith Middle School in 2010. She was appointed Assistant Principal at Rodney Thompson Middle School in 2015 and then moved on to serve the Mountain View Community as an Assistant Principal in 2019.

Ms. Jasmine Blackwell, Assistant Principal

Ms. Blackwell was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in November of 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary English Education from Waynesburg University and earned both a Master of Science in Sports Management and Administration and a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University.

Ms. Blackwell began her teaching career in 2014 at Caroline High School. She served as an English teacher at Brooke Point High School and as the Dean of Students at both Colonial Forge High School and Mountain View High School before joining the administrative team as an Assistant Principal.

Mrs. Julie Clements, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Clements was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in February 2021. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from University of Mary Washington. 

Mrs. Clements began her career as a Special Education teacher at King George High School. She taught the next twenty five years as a Special Education and Biology teacher for Spotsylvania County Public School before coming to Stafford as an Assistant Principal. 

Mr. Chris Denno, Assistant Principal & Director of Athletics and Activities

Chris Denno serves as an Assistant Principal and the Director of Athletics and Activities at Mountain View High School, where he is committed to supporting students both in the classroom and through extracurricular opportunities. With a strong background in athletics and education, Mr. Denno works to create a school culture that values teamwork, leadership, and academic excellence.

Before joining Mountain View, he taught Health and Physical Education and served as the Driver’s Education Coordinator at Colonial Forge High School. He also held roles as an Assistant to the Athletic Director and as an assistant coach for the football and baseball teams. Mr. Denno holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Business from West Virginia Wesleyan College, a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville, and is currently completing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership through Stafford Schools’ partnership with George Mason University. His work is grounded in a passion for student growth and a deep belief in the power of school community.

Mrs. Jessica Sigler, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Sigler was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in January 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master’s in Special Education K-12 from the University of Mary Washington, and a Certificate in Educational Leadership from the College of William and Mary.

Mrs. Sigler began her career as a Special Education teacher at Gar-Field High School, where she taught for five years. She then joined Mountain View High School as a Special Education teacher and later served as the Department Chair of Student Services for 15 years before becoming Assistant Principal. Mrs. Sigler is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers all students to reach their full potential.

Mr. Trevor Wilcox, Assistant Principal

Mr. Wilcox was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in November of 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from George Mason University.

Mr. Wilcox began his teaching career at the Arlington Career Center in Arlington, Virginia. He joined Mountain View High School in 2021 as an Engineering Teacher and served as the Jobs for Virginia Graduates Specialist before becoming an Assistant Principal.

Mr. Kaiden Lewis, Dean of Students

Kaiden Lewis serves as the Dean of Students at Mountain View High School, where he is dedicated to fostering a positive, supportive environment for all students. In his role, Mr. Lewis works closely with staff, students, and families to promote academic success, personal growth, and a safe, respectful school culture. He is committed to building strong relationships and helping every Wildcat feel seen, heard, and empowered to excel.
