Mrs. Stefanie Sullivan, Principal
Mrs. Sullivan was named Principal of Mountain View High School in May of 2022. Mrs. Sullivan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and specialized in Math and English from Ohio University and her Master’s degree from George Mason University in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Sullivan began her career as a middle school math teacher at Dixon Smith Middle School in 2010. She was appointed Assistant Principal at Rodney Thompson Middle School in 2015 and then moved on to serve the Mountain View Community as an Assistant Principal in 2019.
Mrs. Julie Clements, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Clements was named Assistant Principal of Mountain View High School in February 2021. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from University of Mary Washington.
Mrs. Clements began her career as a Special Education teacher at King George High School. She taught the next twenty five years as a Special Education and Biology teacher for Spotsylvania County Public School before coming to Stafford as an Assistant Principal.
Mrs. Jessica Sigler, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Cessy Mallory, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Mallory is returning to Mountain View HS as an Assistant Principal in the Fall of 2023. She began her career in Stafford County in 2005 when MVHS originally opened it’s doors and remained a Wildcat for 9 years as a teacher, coach, principal intern and assistant to the athletic director. Mrs. Mallory has also served as the AP in charge of Athletics and Activities at Stafford HS for three years and Assistant Principal for six years at Brooke Point HS. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Pre-Law from Longwood University, a Master’s in Education from Pittsburg State University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ms. Jasmine Blackwell, Dean of Students
Ms. Jasmine Blackwell was named Dean of Students of Mountain View High School in August of 2024. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education English from Waynesburg University, and has her Master's in Sports Management Administration and a Master's in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. Ms. Blackwell began her career in 2014 at Caroline High School as a high school teacher before accepting another teaching position at Brooke Point High School in 2021. During her time in education, Ms. Blackwell has been a softball and volleyball coach, a yearbook advisor, an assistant athletic director, and a Student Council Association (SCA) sponsor.
